ek’-stas-is

from: a displacement of the mind
to be outside of oneself

Far from simply the idea of boundless love and heights, the ancient Greeks characterised ecstasy as the extreme states that move us as humans and that take us outside of our ego’s construct of self.

morphology n.

The study of form

Morphology recognises these moods in the archetypes of ancient gods; current gods; spirit, power and totem animals; and even the protagonists in popular culture.

All serve as a shortcut to a specific idea, and a reminder that being divinely human is through the acceptance and integration of all the parts of ourselves.

This is the key to awakening our most peaceful, our most loving and our most authentic self.
